Job summary

A leading financial services company in Toronto is seeking a full-time Administrative Support member. You will assist our merchants and internal customers with administrative tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly. Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles. Fluency in both English and French is required for customer support across Canada. This role offers a chance to work in a recognized Great Place to Work ® Canada for 2025.

YOUR ROLE:

You will play a crucial role by helping our merchants and internal customers with various administrative tasks:

  • Process incoming mail quickly and accurately, ensuring it is delivered correctly.
  • Help maintain customer files by updating information.
  • Review requests from merchants and internal customers via an electronic request list and provide assistance as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Help update customer information in the system.
  • Review and provide support for customer email inquiries.
  • Oversee the daily production of exception reports and make the necessary corrections (or assign the task).
  • Update procedure documentation.
WHAT YOU NEED:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
  • Fluency in English and French required to provide customer support across Canada.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
