Overview

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will drive advanced manufacturing strategies, optimize processes, and implement cutting-edge technologies to achieve operational excellence and innovation. You will report directly to our Advanced Mfg Engineer Manager, and you’ll work out of our Cambridge, ON location on an on-site work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new products are producible and meet yield and cost targets.
  • Determine manufacturing processes, procure and set up equipment, develop work instructions.
  • Support production teams with identification/resolution of manufacturing issues.
  • Perform/Lead Root Cause Corrective Analysis and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Oversee all aspects of capital projects including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
