Reporting to the Senior Manager of Analytics, you will have an impact on the economy, gameplay, and progression systems of Apex Legends, one of the world's biggest shooter franchises.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse behavioural data to provide insights on game features.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the game economy and monetization strategies in Apex Legends.
  • Conduct A/B tests and causal inference to evaluate the impact of game content and feature changes.
  • Model and simulate complex gameplay systems throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Design dashboards and presentations that communicate insights to team members.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Architects to promote scalable analysis.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience informing product strategy with data analysis in gaming or adjacent digital products with high independence.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline).
  • Expert–level SQL proficiency with experience extracting insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience applying hypothesis testing, regression modelling, cohort analysis, and experiment evaluation using Python.
  • Experience designing self-service dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or other similar tools.
  • Experience with telemetry design.
  • Familiarity with game design principles, player retention and monetization models.
