We are seeking a Sustainability Administrator to join the Côté Gold health and safety team. This role will provide administrative support to the health, safety, security and environment team which may include records management, report generation, preparing correspondence, tracking and analyzing safety statistics. This position is mine site based on a rotational schedule, Monday‑Thursday.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the corrective action tracking system, escalating delays to ensure timely resolution and compliance with sustainability protocols.
  • Oversee the entry and maintenance of incident data within ensuring high levels of data integrity for site‑wide reporting.
  • Collect and analyze site lagging and leading indicators (such as working hours, FLRA cards, and inspections) to maintain real‑time KPI dashboards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for health and safety inquiries and distribute critical Safety Talk information to Supervisors.
  • Lead the development of document templates and manage project‑wide document control efforts to ensure organizational consistency.
  • Organize safety‑related meetings, including agenda preparation and the publication of formal minutes to track action items.
  • Collaborate regularly with operations personnel to facilitate the timely submission of reports and safety‑related documentation.
  • Handle day‑to‑day administrative logistics, including stationery procurement, SharePoint site maintenance, and various ad‑hoc sustainability projects.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
  • High school diploma with related post‑secondary training and/or advanced business and management courses
  • A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient in word processing, data entry, spreadsheets.
  • Experience with PowerBI is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $63,000-$86,600
The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
