A typical day in your role revolves around managing invoices and supporting the smooth flow of administrative work. You start the day by organizing and uploading invoices, ensuring each document is properly recorded and filed. Throughout the day, you assist with processing and paying invoices, keeping track of deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Beyond financial tasks, you also lend a hand with other administrative responsibilities—whether it’s coordinating paperwork, handling communications, or supporting colleagues with operational needs.
