Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar administrative or office role
  • Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Comfortable answering calls and interacting with clients
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients upon entry to the office
  • Answer phone calls and manage incoming inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Scan and organize source documents
  • Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable reports
  • Organize employee schedules and tasks as needed
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Assist with the tendering process, job creation, and plotting diagrams if required
  • Maintain filing systems, perform copying and shredding tasks
  • Prepare invoices and maintain master sheets for job tracking
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed
