  • Schedule and confirm service appointments; coordinate calendars for technicians and management.

  • Prepare and maintain digital and paper records such as invoices, service reports, and purchase orders.

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Support management with internal reports, meeting coordination, and general office projects.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is well organized and efficient.
