Work Arrangements: Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (combination of working onsite and telework). Employees in this position who telework will be required to travel to the identified work site at least three times per week or a minimum of 60% of their regular work schedule at their own expense. Alternative work arrangements may be considered to accommodate candidates as required.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). The successful candidate will share our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity and provide general administrative support.
The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of NRC operations.
Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the following criteria to be considered further. Respond to all pre-screening questions in detail; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Successful completion of secondary school according to provincial standards. Post-secondary education in administration may be considered an asset. For information on certificates and diplomas issued abroad, please see Degree equivalency.
Reliability Status is required. Verification of background information over five years is needed for a Reliability Status.
