We\'re a mid sized commercial and industrial cleaning company, seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support the Office Administrator to work partly from home at our Waterloo office. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities
  • Incoming / outgoing phone calls (VOIP)
  • Incoming / outgoing mails (Microsoft Outlook platform)
  • Preparing correspondence, documents
  • Booking meetings, client / staff liaison
  • Entering data, managing calendar
  • Word processing and spreadsheet updates (Word, Excel)
