Within our interdisciplinary team, your expertise will be crucial. Your method will emphasize empathy, advocating for harm reduction, and endorsing a recovery-focused outlook, all of which underscore your commitment to patient welfare. You will champion the integration of mental health and addiction services with broader health initiatives, aiming for a unified and effective treatment trajectory for each patient.

Your dedication to educational excellence will shine as you mentor peers, medical undergraduates, postgraduate Family Practice residents, and participants in the UBC Okanagan Psychiatry program. We will support and encourage you to embrace leadership roles and pursue professional development.
