Position

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/RECEPTION

Responsibilities and environment
  • Work in a fast-paced and challenging office environment with the administration department at Wilson’s Head Office in Dryden.
  • Possess experience in an office (or administrative) environment and working with receivables.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone and computer skills, including experience developing spreadsheets and reports in Excel.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing; manage time and stay organized.
  • Be self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute as a valued team member to meet individual targets as well as company goals.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and function as a team player within a sales and service oriented company.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an office/administrative role and working with receivables.
  • Excellent telephone and computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports in Excel.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check is a condition of employment.
  • Permanent, full-time employment with company benefits; Training will be provided.
  • Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
