Reporting to the controller, your main tasks will be to participate in regular accounts receivable and payable activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Issue invoices and account statements to customers
  • Produce various types of reports
  • Code and record invoices in the system and process payments
  • Verify and reconcile account statements, address discrepancies with the various parties involved, and follow up on them
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
  • DEC in accounting, administration, or equivalent training
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mind and ability to synthesize information
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, resourcefulness
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
  • Comfortable with change management and highly adaptable
