In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in various markets. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales in the employment agency field.

Duties
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • On the road collecting leads.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Contact potential leads.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support to foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2 years experience in sales, particularly in the employment agency/staffing sector.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Work is 75% on the road, 25% in the office.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year BOE
