Job description

What You’ll Do

  1. Create and deliver value assessments (ROI) to customers and prospects
  2. Prospect for new opportunities via Cold Calling, email, social media…etc.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations to partner sales teams, new potential customers, and different business units within the existing customer base
  4. Conduct Partner and customer Quarterly Business Reviews
  5. Manage pipeline and update opportunities daily/weekly
  6. Record all activity (phone, email, meetings) via CRM
  7. Provide a high level of forecast accuracy and maintain a hygienic 90-day forecast
  8. Manage (as project lead) pre-sales engineers in customer POCs
  9. Sales Training on selling methodology, and value propositions on SOTI solutions for partners via web and onsite.
  10. Manage customer and partner escalations with our Support Teams
  11. Assist in corporate communications to partners and customers with SOTI legal/customer/partner legal documents or issues
  12. Work with Licensing Team to process orders and deliver license keys in an efficient manner
  13. Create and present Quarterly Territory Plans to Leadership & outcomes of previous/ongoing programs
  14. Work closely with Field Marketing and partners marketing staff to collaborate on a strategy for growth, execution, and measurement of success
  15. Assist with Marketing Campaigns
  16. Help coordinate on-site training with partner customer base (existing and new logo) to drive SOTI product awareness and build a quality sales pipeline.
  17. Attend industry events and tradeshows as SOTI Representative

Experience You’ll Bring

  1. 5+ years in SaaS
  2. Experienced in Web Demonstrations
  3. Strong presentation, written, and oral communications skills
  4. Experienced in negotiating complex sales cycles
  5. Familiar with Android and Apple operating systems
  6. Understanding of Cloud (Azure and AWS)
  7. Proficient with Salesforce.com
  8. North American Travel needed up to 35% per month
