Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Company Description

The Account Manager at O&B is responsible for managing all facets of client’s needs for hospitality management services within office spaces. These services will range from daily meal orders, pantry snacks, coffee services and full service catering. Through the catering cycle of service, the Account Manager is thorough and detailed in all communications with clients, utilizing Tripleseat to ensure accurate event details are shared with the client and teams. The Account Manager provides exceptional service and ensures customer satisfaction for each account at all times. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, organization, and detail when providing customer service and completing event related tasks.

Job Description
  • Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries in a timely manner for catering services.
  • Communicate with clients, gather event details and send event confirmation details to clients and internal teams.
  • Work with the operations team to inventory items and manage par levels for items, as required.
  • Monitor client/employee feedback of food service for each account, providing monthly reporting to your client.
  • Work with the culinary team to create new and interesting food items for service to your accounts.
  • Learn the key details of each account, including allergies, VIP employees, and provide Moments of Truth throughout the year.
  • Show a superior level of customer service through client feedback
  • Emphasize the details & knows the important questions to ask when planning an event
  • Manage time effectively to meet weekly deadlines for BEOs and responds efficiency to client requests
  • General administration assistance: printing, sending reports, maintaining emails & voicemails, filing and upkeep of client database Caterease
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
