Due to the successful growth of the business, we are looking for a solution-focused, curious and analytical Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Team in Perth.


As an Account Manager at efm, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise that enable us to navigate the complexities of logistics environment and solve problems quickly.

As an Account Manager with efm Logistics your role will involve:

  • Determining customer's needs to deliver customer centric and solution driven outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels both internally and externally
  • Working in close collaboration with customers to ensure they achieve project goals & timelines, ensuring service levels are met and annual NPS scores are achieved
  • Leading solution and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate portfolio goals and maintain customer retention
  • Adopting a "hands on approach" to develop and administer key account plans and continuous improvement solutions aligned with corporate objectives, strategies and initiatives
  • Proactively leading the development of reports and delivery of on-site client visits on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to cover off tactical/strategic focuses and KPI management
  • Managing and executing administrative functions for assigned accounts, including CRM management and general administration that will enhance overall portfolio results.

We're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager role, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics Management (or other service based industry)
  • Impeccable prioritisation capabilities and organisational skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness and ability to get hands on and support your customers at all levels
  • Data-driven mentality with proven commercial acumen and strategic thinking, including strong competence in MS Excel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates strong initiative and sense of ownership
