We seek 10x performers ready to make an immediate impact through our proven sales process. The role spans Senior AEs to Enterprise Named Account AEs on both New Accounts and Growth teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Generate business plans to define strategies and tactics
  • Consistently identify new sources of business
  • Prospect and sell opportunities into multi‑location brands
  • Represent SOCi at top industry and vertical events
  • Be a subject matter expert on localized marketing at scale
  • Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new and existing customers
  • Continuously stay abreast of new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline and projected contract closing dates
  • Build a compelling case for prospective clients and close business
  • Creatively solve problems to address client challenges and objections
  • Use understanding of industry issues to advance SOCi’s forward‑looking strategies
What You’ll Need to be Successful
  • Hybrid Opportunity – fully remote until Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON offices are established; thereafter 50/50 split between remote and in‑office work.
  • Must Have – Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as needed by the business and accept all other duties as assigned.
  • At least 3 years of quota‑carrying experience in B2B SaaS Sales – preferably in MarTech.
  • Ability to consistently hit or over‑achieve quota.
  • Experience with multi‑location brands and existing industry contacts/relationships preferred.
  • Self‑starter with a creative entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Refined and proven sales methodology.
  • Creative strategist – develop new ways to drive sales and value to clients.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Creative problem solver with ability to understand and resolve client challenges and objections.
  • Adaptable; able to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • Have experience selling cutting‑edge, disruptive technology to top decision‑makers at the enterprise level.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Education – BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
