Overview
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Account Executive who is passionate and driven to drive sales, achieve financial targets, and explore opportunities across the Canadian marketplace. This role reports to the Sales Manager, Key Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Leverage strong commercial acumen to drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and support execution of sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, balancing direct account management, business development, and agent management in select territories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align floor plans, assortment, order execution, inventory flow, and forecasting to ensure seamless delivery and business impact.
- Use data-driven insights, retail metrics, and P&L understanding to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead key customer touchpoints including seasonal strategy meetings, sell-ins, and market appointments with a focus on delivering clear, actionable storytelling and KPI alignment.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to proactively uncover opportunities and respond with agility.
- Monitor day-to-day administrative tasks including order management, inbound inventory analysis, sales reporting, account support, and seasonal assortment building.
About You / Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail/wholesale apparel or consumer packaged goods.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian retail market and brand landscape, with knowledge of trending fashion, lifestyle, and denim brands.
- Proven commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate data and trends into actionable strategies that drive growth and customer value.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across functions, align priorities, and build productive internal and external relationships.
- Understanding of retail math and business metrics including sales, revenue, margin, inventory turns, sell-through %, fill rates, dilution, and AUR.
- Clear, confident communicator with well-developed negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple priorities, and perform in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, Outlook, with working knowledge of SAP and SAS forecasting.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative approach to coaching, alignment, and team contribution.
This is a hybrid position based in Markham, Ontario; Vancouver-based candidates are also considered. You will be expected in office 2 days per week, typically Tuesday-Wednesday. Time in office may vary based on business needs.
