Partner Development Team Focus

Flipp’s Account Management team focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to drive retention and growth. Partner Development is responsible for managing Flipp’s high‑trust partnerships with 98% of North America’s largest retailers, CPGs, and agencies.

Account Executive Responsibilities
  • Collaboratively build and execute winning plans with sophisticated partnerships across retail, CPG, and agencies in North America.
  • Create and communicate personal business plans that build on Flipp’s leading technology and vast set of shopper data.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for retailers, aligning, selling, and executing plans that drive joint value for the retailer, Flipp, and the shopper.
  • Lead retailer projects end‑to‑end, including planning, sell‑in, execution, communication, and reportingli>
  • Build credible and influential business cases, presentations, and communications that help Flipp and retailers win in a dynamic retail ecosystem.
  • Work alongside Partner Insights & Analytics to provide custom insights and actionable data.
  • Diagnose root causes and rally resources to build solutions across multiple functions.
Key Deliverables
  • Revenue and strategic technology initiatives: Own business plans that deliver revenue and technology outcomes.
  • <>Project management: Execute projects of tactical and strategic scope, from 1 day to 12 months.
  • Consultative selling: Strengthen existing relationships and create new relationships with a focus on joint value.
  • Data fluency: Translate data into actionable insights and build business cases that communicate ROI.
  • Problem solving: Identify and solve cross‑functional problems while maintaining partnership strength.
Qualifications
