Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed 433A Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery, equipment, and systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance expertise, and adherence to safety standards to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Install, inspect, and repair industrial machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other production equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to carry out repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Follow company safety policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new machinery installations.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and machining is considered an asset.
  • Proficient with maintenance software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or be on-call as needed.
