The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for a temporary full-time opportunity in the capacity of Office Coordinator - Elementary.
Location: Fred A. Hamilton Public School
FTE and Hours: 1.0 FTE; 35 hours per week
Hourly Pay Rate: $31.61 - $38.51 per hour, plus applicable vacation pay in accordance with the ESA; wage rate effective September 1, 2025
Start Date: February 13, 2026
End Date: Unknown end date
Board Information: 10-month position (yearly from September – June following the school year calendar); temporary; full-time; Office, Clerical and Technical (OCT) Union

Reporting to the Principal and Vice Principal, the Office Coordinator - Elementary is responsible for providing confidential and administrative support, managing student attendance, coordinating office tasks, and maintaining school, student, and financial records. This role ensures the efficient operation of the school office and supports the overall administrative functions of the school.
This position will be responsible for performing all office administrative duties in the school including:
