The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with their beauty needs, whether it be hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We will provide the necessary knowledge and training. You bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest!

Your Role At Cosmoprof

1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
2. Recommend additional and complementary products.
3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
5. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
8. Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
9. We have a range of working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs.

Requirements: Legal Wants You to Know

1. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activities such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and irritant chemicals may occur.
