- Experience with creating and maintaining AEM components.
- Deep knowledge in Node.js or Java development.
- Advanced development skills in Angular and React.
- Strong Python experience for automation tasks.
- Proven experience in automated testing.

- Conduct code reviews.

- Work with multidisciplinary teams following an Agile delivery model.
- Mentor and empower the team, developing successors.
- Be able to communicate in English, actively participating in meetings and reviewing and writing technical documents in English.
- Experience with creating and maintaining AEM components.
- Experience with servlets creation.
- Deep experience in development using Node.js or Java for services and APIs.
- Advanced experience in development using Angular and React for frontend.
- Proven experience in development using Python for scripts and automation.
- Proven experience in developing automated tests and understanding the concept of the Testing Pyramid.
- Strong understanding of GIT.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
- Advanced English (daily contact with people outside Brazil).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of AWS tools.
Important: Availability to work at the Campinas base.
