The Private Equity Trainee will support the investment team in sourcing, analysing, and executing investment opportunities, as well as assisting in the monitoring of portfolio companies. This role requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, and initiative in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. The trainee will have active participation in deals and/or portfolio companies, and gain exposure to investment memos, financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic decision‑making processes essential to private equity investments.

• Education: Pursuing an undergraduate degree from a top‑tier university in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering with an expected graduation date from June to June.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundation in corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting. Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience: Prior experience in internships (Private Equity, Investment Banking and related areas), finance‑related academic projects, case competitions, or extracurricular activities (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, intellectually curious, hands‑on team player with strong collaboration, problem‑solving skills, and excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
