The Analyst III at Aqua will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's financial performance by providing strategic insights through financial planning, analysis, and support in mergers and acquisitions.

• Strategic Financial Analysis: Ability to conduct in-depth financial analyses to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.

• M&A Support: Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and integration analysis for potential acquisitions.

• Financial Modeling: Expertise in building and interpreting complex financial models.

• Compliance: Knowledge of financial regulations and ensuring adherence.
• Resource Allocation: Proficiency in optimizing the allocation of financial resources.

• Building trust: Building and maintaining professional relationships within the industry.
• Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred: In-depth understanding of mergers and acquisitions process.

Familiarity with private equity operations and investment strategies.

• Strong academic background (finance, business, economics, engineering, other similar) and intellectual curiosity.
• Highly motivated, confident self-starter with ability to work independently and with others.
• Understanding of financial statements and ability to independently analyze financial trends.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (buy‑side, sell‑side, M&A banking, private equity, consulting firms).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication in a global context.
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
