What You Will Do
  • Become an expert in Insider One products.
  • Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize Insider One effectiveness.
  • Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate, and provide on‑time and around‑the‑clock insights and solutions to the partners.
  • Provide exemplary pre‑sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.
  • Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C‑level contacts and their teams.
  • Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (e.g., Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields).

  • Masterful in delivering software demonstrations, whether in person or via web presentation.
  • Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
  • Possess "best of breed" functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories.
