A leading fintech company in São Paulo is looking for a Solution Architect to define the Payments Hub strategy and lead enterprise architecture design. The ideal candidate will have experience as a solutions architect, strong knowledge of the payments industry, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and/or Spanish is required. This role demands strategic vision and the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local needs.

• Define the Payments Hub strategy for the Brazil product offering.
• Lead the design of enterprise architecture for payment products.
• Ensure alignment between global strategy and local needs.

• Participate in the discovery phase of client initiatives.
• Support design phases for product development.
• Forecast new capabilities or challenges in the payments industry.
• Manage relationships with CTO, CIO, and CDO areas.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Solution Architect you will participate in defining the Payments Hub strategy for the Brazil product offering and lead the design of the enterprise architecture for those products.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment between global strategy and local needs.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

• Contribute to the definition of the architecture reference models.
• Participate in the discovery phase of all initiatives to define the strategy for each client.
• Provide support during the design phases, ensuring the development of a product that offers value to customers, financial institutions, and the open market.
• Strategic vision of the evolution of the payments industry in that geography, forecasting new capabilities or challenges facing the payments domain.
• Foster cooperation and reuse of assets among the initiatives in all countries.
• Manage the relationship with the CTO, CIO and CDO areas of the Santander subsidiary of that geography, as well as the equivalent areas of the other clients.
• Define the integration architectures with the clients' platforms.

EXPERIENCE

Have experience as a solutions architect or Enterprise Architect.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• High capacity for conceptualisation and synthesis of ideas.
• Functional knowledge of the payments industry.
• High capacity for high-level dialogue in decision-making forums.
• Good communication skills and presentation of ideas to the community.
• Vision of the technological platform and related models (integration architecture, associated operating model, implementation).
• Fluent in English and / or Spanish

EDUCATION

• Systems or Computing Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
