The candidate will support Linux and Unix systems in a cloud environment, focusing on customer service. Responsibilities include incident management, driving operations improvements, and performing root cause analysis for service failures. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in relevant fields, along with strong skills across multiple cloud platforms. Fluency in English is essential.
