A prominent cryptocurrency exchange in Brazil is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage inquiries across various channels including live chat and email. Candidates must have online customer support experience and be fluent in both Portuguese and English. The role requires adaptability to shift schedules, including weekends and nights, and knowledge of derivatives trading terminology. This is a full-time remote position designed to support the next generation of crypto users.

- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
- Assist customers with KYC verification and account security.

- Stay updated on futures trading rules and communicate announcements.
- Adapt to shift schedules for target market hours.

Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
- Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
- Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
- Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
- Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
- Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
- Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
- Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
- Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
