A global customer support company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist clients remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate C1 proficiency in English, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships and onboarding clients via digital platforms. Schedule : 8 AM – 8 PM; 8 PM – 8 AM CET, 24/7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2 – two working days, followed by two days of rest)
