A leading social app company is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves recruiting agencies and hosts while meeting performance targets. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in agency recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for voice social apps. This role will serve the social app business unit within a joint venture company, bringing together expertise from NetEase Group and TRANSSION Holdings Group. This position requires fluent English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management, leveraging their skills to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Recruit agencies and hosts on a regular basis, meeting performance targets while delivering exceptional results. Assist in translating events and product features from English into various languages. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be sales-oriented, patient, reliable, and goal-oriented with integrity.
They should also enjoy using voice social apps and have knowledge of various features and gameplay.
