Job summary
A vacation home management company based in the U.S. is seeking responsible individuals for a remote customer support role. The position requires advanced English for providing assistance via chat and phone. Key responsibilities include identifying guest needs, scheduling services, and communicating concerns to the operations team. Candidates should have intermediate computer skills and a proactive attitude. Shift hours are from 6:00 PM to 2:20 AM with a base salary of R$2,000.00.
Qualifications

- Ability to work flexibility during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest support via chat or phone in English.
- Respond to and filter guest needs efficiently.
- Communicate issues regarding guest concerns to the operations team.
- Schedule additional services requested by guests.

If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.
- Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
- Identify and filter guest needs
- Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
- Process and register issued charges
- Monitor additional services requested / paid
- Schedule additional services according to guest requests
- Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactivity and commitment
- Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)
6:00 PM to 2:20 AM – 1-hour break
Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.
Base salary : R$2.000.00
- One day off per week (on alternate weekend day)
- Daily work
- Night shift
- English (Required)
