TheRegional Sales Manager – Microsurgery is responsible for leading sales channel partners and cover region w/o channel partners in the designated territory in order to increment and sustais Leica Microsystems marketshare.

This position reports to the Sales Manager Latam - Microsurgery and is part of the Sales team and will be located in São Paulo/Capital working remotely.

In this role the main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Lead indirect sales channel partner and region without indirect channels partners, thought CRM (SFDC) by effective Funnel Management, such as opportunities creation, conversion rates, sales stage, win/loss, market size analysis and others.
• Develop and optimize sales coverage through selection of indirect sales partners with continuous improvement mindset and increasing visibility and market share in the region.
• Effectiveness in commercial execution, including standard work, daily management, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and action plans to reach a sustainable growth in sales and market share in the region. Effectively partner with local and global Leica areas.
• Forecast Management:Develop, maintain, and improve forecasting models to predict future trends and demands accurately. Ensure forecasts are timely, reliable, and actionable.
• Prepare and present regular management reports, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities. Ensure all reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needs.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional Experience

• Strong experience in Medical capital equipment sales.
• Strong experience in leading indirect sales channel partners.
• Experience with Microsurgery and desired experience in microscopy business.
• Experience with cultural differences and global corporation’s environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Science or equivalent.

Language

• English (intermediate level);
• Spanish desired (intermediate level).

Travel (required estimated % of time)

• 65% includes national and international trips eventually.
• Must possess a valid drive license.
