A non-profit organization is seeking a Home Study and Post Release Team Lead to oversee case managers in North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, experience in case management, and fluency in Spanish. This role involves ensuring contractual compliance and managing team operations, contributing to the support of vulnerable clients. A home-based position with travel required within NC and SC.
The Home Study and Post Release Team Lead (HS/PR Team Lead) oversees the Home Study and Post Release case managers in North and South Carolina LSC operations. This position develops and cultivates resources to support and expand program services; guides staff in prioritizing service delivery tasks to endure contractual compliance, timely delivery of core services, proper reporting, and to ensure that the needs of the most vulnerable clients are addressed. Parameters of service provision are determined by funders of the program (Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC).
Must live in North Carolina or South Carolina. Must be fluent in Spanish.
HS/PRS Case Managers
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in social work or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of case management experience or 1 year experience with Master’s degree. Administration, management, and supervisory experience are highly preferred.
Specific skills/abilities:
Specialized knowledge, licenses, etc.: Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
