About the Role

As an Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist in our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for both our clients and their employees.

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to all stakeholders.

What will you do?
  1. Onboarding
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, and systems access are prepared for new hires
    • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns
  2. Offboarding
    • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews
    • Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and return company assets
    • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth departure process
    • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement
  3. Compliance and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
    • Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations related to onboarding and offboarding
What makes you a great match for us?
  • 3-6 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR field
  • Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, preferably in staffing or HR
  • Hands-on experience / knowledge of policy administration, compensation & payroll is a must.
  • Knowledge of the same for multiple geographies will be a bonus
  • Experience of using any known HRMS platform thoroughly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups, and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environment
