A technology consulting firm is seeking a Business Analyst Trainee for a remote internship in Volta Redonda, Brazil. This role focuses on building internal marketing systems, optimizing workflows, and translating data insights into narratives for stakeholders. An advanced level of English is required, along with strong skills in business writing and familiarity with no-code tools. - Automate & optimize: Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and deploy no‑code / low‑code, AI, or integration tools (Cursor, Replit, Zapier, Make, GPT, etc.) to streamline them.
- Turn data into insight: Design dashboards and translate numbers into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Ship & educate: Draft launch content, craft go‑to‑market strategies, and create user‑friendly training to ensure adoption.
- Learn fast: You welcome constructive pushback and treat every project as a chance to sharpen your craft.
