A technology consulting firm is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and support solutions for clients. This remote role focuses on managing system configurations, integrations, and providing user support. Candidates should have certifications in Onboarding and Recruiting, and strong skills in SAP systems. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $250,000 annually.

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Remote from Brazil

Duration : 3 months
A Nearshore Onboarding Consultant specializes in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions for clients in similar time zones and geographic regions. This role focuses on managing technical configurations system integrations and user support while leveraging proximity advantages for enhanced collaboration.
Understand customer business needs and translate them into configuration requirements.
Recommend alternative configuration options when appropriate.
Plan and execute end-to-end testing to confirm alignment with requirements prior to LoB and customer handoff.
Set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines and follow through to completion.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers about configuration issues / challenges to drive a common solution.
Demo system configurations to customers.
Manage and prioritize requests from multiple sources (PM LoB Offshore).
Provide clear project status updates to team members.
Module integration & data flow: understand touch points between modules and data movement to downstream systems (e.g. payroll)
Security: strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Provisioning: activate settings; create and run scheduled jobs.
Troubleshooting: diagnose errors using system logs and timestamps.
Business rules: ability to understand and create complex business rules.
Localization: follow language / translation requirements.
Customization: build custom processes email notifications and tasks.
Forms: map PDF forms to system fields; load and map using a PDF editor.
Quality assurance: fully test all configuration before LoB and customer handoff.
Adhere to SAP Activate project plans and workbook requirements to ensure successful deliverables.
Test configurations to verify alignment with documented requirements.
Continuous learning mindset: proactively research and find answers using available tools; share knowledge with others.
Time management: strong prioritization and organization with clear status communication to the team.
Customer focus: consultative approach and solution orientation.
