This is open for full‑time remote with outstanding growth opportunities.
All candidates must be bilingual: Native Portuguese and advanced English verbal and written.
Consultants are responsible for advising, guiding, scoping, developing strategic learning plans that align to channel partner business teams and their outcomes, with a strong ability to get buy‑ins from senior business stakeholders.
Consultants act as SMEs for client learning programs (such as certification, products, offerings, tools, processes, training, and exams) and work with technology, L&D and business teams to drive partner workforce capacity and capability by aligning to measurable business outcomes.
Self‑driven, analytical, and strategic thinkers—who also have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and execute plans—will succeed in this consultative role.
His is not a role in instructional design, curriculum / content development or training delivery or operations.
Some travel involved within Brazil to client and partner locations.
