• Manage pipeline and forecast to drive strategic sales decisions effectively
• Collaborate with partners to identify and execute new business opportunities
• Develop and implement repeatable sales strategies to enhance sales efficiency
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with Fusion Cloud solutions
• Drive complex programs independently, leveraging expertise to align stakeholders and deliver results

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the SaaS or Cloud industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing challenges with a focus on technology solutions
• Expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE and knowledge of how Fusion integrates various processes
• Analytical experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive partner engagement and sales growth

• Familiarity with competitive products such as SolidWorks, PTC, and Onshape
• Experience in product lifecycle integration with PLM, PDM, and ERP systems
• Background in cloud-based workflows and their application across disciplines
