What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in data centers, healthcare facilities, and other critical sectors
- Develop and define a comprehensive sales strategy targeting end users, architecture and design firms, and contractors
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to implement and execute sales strategies across different regions
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of previous sales experience within the flooring industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong customer orientation and demonstrated ability to achieve business results
- Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Expertise in National Accounts, sales business development, and project management
- Experience in employee training and development
