• Open and expand wholesale markets in Brazil, the USA, and other countries, identifying new opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships.
• Manage international wholesale clients, ensuring excellent service and continuous support.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and payments, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines in different regions.
• Create and execute commercial events and brand activations to engage clients and boost sales.
• Conduct strategic analyses and monitor KPIs, generating insights for process optimization and channel growth.
• Work together with operations, logistics, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in deliveries.
• Provide operational and strategic support to ensure the best experience for wholesale partners.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop operations.

Perfil desejável

• Experience in the wholesale market (B2B, wholesale, distribution, or business development).
• Fluent English (essential) for communication with international clients.
• Skills in negotiation, client management, and commercial processes.
• Analytical, organized, and results-focused profile.
• Experience with order management, logistics, and payment flow.
• Availability for travel.
