Job summary
A global multi-asset broker is seeking Customer Service Rockstars willing to relocate to Southeast Asia. The role involves providing frontline support, resolving client queries, and maintaining customer data. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, exceptional communication skills, and over 2 years of experience in customer service. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. The position offers competitive compensation, relocation support, and remote work until relocation catches up.

This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia : Malaysia or Thailand . The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support. During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.
- Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.
- Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
- Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
- Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
- Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.
- Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.
- Experience in international settings and teams.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY
- Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
