Skills
As a seasoned Dynamics 365 professional, you will be responsible for streamlining customer interactions by analyzing, refining and optimizing processes within the platform.
This encompasses reviewing and auditing journey flows from initial online form submissions to final lead dispositions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on expertise in configuring and developing Dynamics 365 solutions, as well as experience in enhancing user journeys and workflow optimization.
Strong communication skills in English are also essential for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze and refine customer journey flows to ensure seamless operations
- Assess and optimize call schedules, sequencing, prioritization, time zones and location assignments, call queues, and call cycle / replenishment for agents
- Collaborate with leadership to align system configurations with data‑driven insights
- Develop, test, and implement changes to meet business requirements
- Coordinate deployment of changes into production environments
