What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Serve as the local market intelligence lead — reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity.
  • Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors.
  • Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ.
What You'll Bring
  • 2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates).
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
