• HR Business Partnering
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with regional HR and local teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for Colombian employees for HR-related topics: benefits, contracts, time‑off, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and local HR practices.
  • Collaborate with global HR, finance, and payroll teams to support processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and retention programs.
  • Contribute to employer branding and culture‑building efforts across the Colombia site.
• Recruitment
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT roles in Colombia (developers, analysts, DevOps, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Collaborate with global and local hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, university outreach, and local IT communities.
  • Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and support talent reporting activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact between external recruiting agencies and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and alignment throughout the hiring process.

• Strong understanding of the Colombian IT talent market.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR operations in Colombia
• Excellent communication skills in English (required)
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in multinational or tech environments.

• Portuguese is a strong plus due to cross-country coordination.
• Experience supporting international teams and working across multiple time zones
• Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized
• Familiarity with Agile work environments or IT delivery organizations is a plus
