We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with a strong focus on Rust , at Mid to Senior level , to play a strategic role in the evolution of our backend systems.
We seek someone with a software architecture mindset , capable of actively participating in technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and contributing to the evolution of our codebase with maturity and long-term vision, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and engineering team.
Beyond feature implementation, this role is key to structuring, scaling, and sustaining the platform as our products grow.
- Mid to Senior level
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong architectural thinking
- Comfortable discussing, proposing, and executing technical decisions
- Hands-on, collaborative, and critical-thinking mindset
- Technical English for reading, writing, and professional communication
- Solid experience with Rust
- Consistent practice of Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Ability to analyze and contribute to architectural decisions
- Experience or strong interest in fintech, crypto, or financial systems (highly valued)
