• Ensure the safety and proper functioning of the school laboratory
• Provide technical and operational support for practical classes
• Support the development of students’ scientific skills
• Contribute to the integration between theory and practice
• Maintain the organization and administrative control of the laboratory
• Promote a collaborative and ethical learning environment
• Support the development of interdisciplinary and research projects

• Handling of reagents and laboratory glassware
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and waste disposal procedures
• Organization and inventory control of materials
• Preparation of budgets for subsequent material purchases
• Performing calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Preparation of materials to be used in class

Education:

Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry

Experience:

Preferably experience working in schools with upper elementary and high school students

Languages:

Fluent English (C1 or above)

Specific Technical Knowledge:

• Basic technical concepts in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry
• Use of educational platforms
• IB Methodology

Soft Skills and Values:

• Clear and assertive communication with teachers and students
• Ability to anticipate laboratory needs
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with students
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude
