Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates welcome)

Salary: USD $1,200/month

About the Role

We’re seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily field operations, ensuring that service technicians are efficiently scheduled, routes are optimized, and customer requests are handled promptly and professionally.

This role is key to maintaining smooth communication between customers, field teams, and operations management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs, location, and availability.
  • Monitor daily routes to ensure efficiency and timely service completion.
  • Communicate with field teams and customers to confirm appointments, updates, or reschedules.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to service coordination.
  • Track technician progress throughout the day and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, and service status in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Identify recurring scheduling issues and recommend improvements to optimize workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or field service software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, or franchise-based operations.
  • Familiarity with route optimization software or dispatch systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Customer service background is a plus.
