Job Title: Sales Estimator

Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates welcome)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: USD $1,500–$2,000/month + performance-based bonuses

About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for service-based projects, supporting the sales team in closing deals, and ensuring clients receive clear, detailed, and professional proposals.

You’ll collaborate with operations, sales, and field teams to ensure estimates are cost-effective, aligned with company standards, and deliver strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Communicate with customers to understand project needs and clarify scope.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to validate assumptions and finalize proposals.
  • Present estimates to customers in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Maintain accurate pricing data, templates, and documentation.
  • Track and follow up on open estimates to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze trends in pricing, materials, and labor to optimize margins.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in estimating workflows and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, or project sales.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and estimating tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home services, construction, or franchise-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of job costing, service pricing, and margin analysis.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Familiarity with field service or project estimation software.
