KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Draft legal documents such as notifications and adendas por Vetscan.
2. Manage contract electronic signature on contracts.
3. Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
4. Assist attorneys with contracts.
5. Assist in the management of legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
6. Coordinate law office activities such as delivery of documentation.
7. Communicate with clients to schedule meetings and conferences.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

1. This position interacts with a wide variety of stakeholders in different markets.
2. Commercial colleagues, including team leaders in smaller markets.
3. Enabling functions (Human Resources, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain).
4. Legal (Corporate, Trademarks and Zoetis Belgium admin support).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or studying Law.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong understanding of legal terminology.
2. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. English is required; Spanish is a plus.
7. Microsoft Office proficiency.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

2. Hybrid working schedule (3 days remote, 2 days at the office).
